DTF ORDERS PROCESSING TIME: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

Processing time for custom orders is 5-7 business days NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS - yet I work very hard to get my orders out sooner.

PROCESSING TIME CAN GET EXTENDED ON CUSTOM ORDERS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AS I RECEIVE SHIPMENT FOR BLANKS.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIME ARE NOT THE SAME

PROCESSING TIME: Is the time it takes me to make/prepare your order from receiving inventory to ship your order (all orders are made to order as the items are custom/personalized)

SHIPPING TIME: Is the time it takes USPS OR UPS to deliver your order which I have no control. Shipping time is once I drop off your order at USPS OR UPS office.

Once your order is shipped, BGC is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please reach out to your local postal office with the tracking number and they should be able to help you.
